Bookings/Payment

Bookings may be made online, by email or telephone but will only be confirmed on receipt of a 20% deposit. Payment can be made by Debit or Credit Card online or Sterling Cheque payable to Celtic Guest House or Bank Transfer. On receipt of your deposit your confirmation will be sent either by email or post.

Cancelling Your Reservation

  • You may cancel your reservation with no charge until 7 days before arrival. Please note that the deposit paid of 20% is non refundable if you must cancel after this deadline.
  • Bookings cancelled within 2 days before arrival are subject to a fee equaling the cost of 1 night of your room charge including taxes (for the first night of your reservation). If you have made a prepayment, we will retain all or part of your prepayment. If not, we will charge your credit card with the full amount in line with this policy.

If we cancel a confirmed booking, our liability is limited to the return of all payments received.
